Hot Stone Massage is an ancestral form of thermotherapy using smooth stones, heated to around 50 degrees Celsius, aiding a deep tissue massage. A hot stone massage generally starts with a traditional Swedish massage. The stones are then gently rubbed over your oiled body. Some are placed onto specific areas along your spine, in the palms of your hands or on your tummy. As the stones cool down, the therapist replaces them with others.

Its purpose is to exfoliate skin,removing the outermost layer of dead skin cells and leaving your skin softer and smoother. The sea salt we use comes from "salinas" (saltworks) in the Volcanic Canary Island Lanzarote,Atlantic Ocean.
It might also be called a sea salt scrub. Your therapist takes the salt off with hot towels. Afterwards you dry off and you have a relaxing massage with essential oils/aromatotherapy.

Our team constists of four therapists and offers a variety of treatments and services to improve and help you maintain your optimal health. You can also have your treatments at your venue.
Being a ballet teacher for over 20 years and having studied detailed anatomy for 3 years, Christina and her team are able to advise and help you in order to feel better.
We love working with clients from all walks of life who all share the common goal of bettering their mind, body, and soul.
